**Position Summary**:
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for assisting in the development, communication, and execution of the furniture category strategy, product optimizations, and ROI analysis for all across Dala Decor’s websites and digital offerings. The incumbent will collaborate closely with multiple divisions of the business and be responsible for marketplace expansion across North America. In addition, the incumbent must spearhead day-to-day tasks, such as daily sales data analysis/reporting and should be comfortable communicating with senior executives on a regular basis.

**Role and Responsibilities**

**eCommerce Optimization & Planning**:

- Accountable for the KPIs, forecasting, management planning & P&L of assigned categories for eCommerce via Shopify.
- Own and Manage our CRM driving sales and marketing to all channels.
- Assist in the development & support of the short-term and long-term strategies of the total Dala Decor ecosystem and category-level promotional plans to maximize eCommerce sales.
- Ensure all products are optimized for Shopify and SEO tags implemented
- Responsible for managing all categories in the Dala Decor portfolio to optimize listings
- Coordinate with marketing to identify promotional opportunities based on high-traffic products.
- Data management and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly sales insights
- Perform post-mortem/analysis on all campaigns and collections
- Create ad-hoc and regular reports to senior leadership on key plans and results (Product launch, key promotions, major holidays, Promotion ROI, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, profit rates, traffic, conversion, SWOT, ROI, areas of improvement, etc. and report on a regular basis
- Conduct Market Research
- Total Addressable Market, Market Share, Trends, Competitors Analysis, and more
- Manage all content publishing to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer experience, finance, and legal teams to ensure all external communications are compliant from a legal & product perspective
- Assist in the development of the weekly sales forecast by working with Senior Manager leaders.

**Partner Management**:

- Manage business relationships with external partners alongside the Director of Operations (BrightPearl, Shopify, Payment Partners)
- Conduct regular business reviews with the partners to improve visibility to critical KPIs, co-develop solutions to drive operational success
- Lead all communications to external partners in developing sales promotions (i.e. external gift card offering, 3rd party company product offerings) involving both parties

**Knowledge**:

- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint with proficiency in Online Analytical Processing
(ie. Omniture & Google Data Studio)
- Strong analytical skills
- Possess exceptional organizational & planning skills and attention to detail while having sense of curiosity & urgency
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in the organization: from support staff to senior executives within and outside of the company
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work with limited supervision
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment
- SEO/SEM management skills
- Demonstrated people management skills

**Experience**:

- Deep experience with Shopify
- Google Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager is a necessity
- 3-5 years of experience with established eCommerce retailers and product management
- Experience in furniture and logistics management is an asset.
