General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Implement design strategies and methods to quickly iterate and validate solutions, and to define design deliverables- Develop workshops for defining roadmaps and minimum viable solutions- Define a co-creation service offer in order to improve our product design process, which other facilitators could use à la carte- Promote and raise awareness of the new co-creation methods (Design Sprint, Scope, etc.) by demonstrating the results and benefits achieved- Facilitate the design of new and existing products and services by bringing people together and guiding them, and by organizing workshops, design sprints and ideation sessions- Transform ideas into fully functional concepts with a development plan in order to have well-designed products- Lead and collaborate with multiple business, engineering, marketing, research and analytics teams- Illustrate, describe, break down and present complex problems and solutions to allow various professionals to easily understand them, regardless of their digital knowledge.

Other working conditions- Work location: Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work- Number of jobs available : 1

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- A minimum of six years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
