**Who You Are**

The Front Desk Support Administrator is responsible to serve as the first impression of our business and as a support resource to all employees.

At SafeStart, the Front Desk Support Administrator helps create an environment and culture that enables us to fulfill our mission to provide exceptional client service by being the smile that people hear when they call us. We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to fulfill this full-time role and rise to the challenge. The best fit is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker with a passion for helping people. They will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling complex schedules, our FDSA will be counted on to help us grow our business.

**A Day in the Life of a Front Desk Support Administrator**
- Gather and input data into databases, and verify accuracy of valuable company information
- Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check output
- Generate and maintain reports, store outputs in database, and perform backups
- Preparation of presentation handouts

**Need to Haves**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online forms
- Ability to maintain confidential information

**Nice to Haves**
- College diploma
- Experience refining internal processes and filing systems
- Experience with Salesforce CRM

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
