Dans ce rôle, vous explorerez les possibilités de développement et de croissance des ventes avec les principaux partenaires de vente au détail et d'augmentation de la part de marché pour toutes les divisions de TravelBrands, y compris Intair, Exotik Journeys, Encore Cruises, Sunquest et autres, dans le territoire qui vous est assigné.
**Résultats et activités clés**:
- Développer une connaissance approfondie de votre base de clients, de leurs clients et de leurs besoins afin de promouvoir et de vendre nos produits. Participer aux initiatives de marketing, aux promotions et à d'autres idées tactiques afin d'améliorer leurs ventes. Forte concentration sur la consolidation
- Grâce à la recherche et à l'analyse, identifier les opportunités et les initiatives de développement commercial pour votre territoire.
- Maintenir un calendrier des agences sur votre territoire, y compris les visites de vente et les formations des agents pour s'assurer qu'ils sont formés et concentrés sur notre produit.
- Mettre en œuvre les objectifs et les stratégies de vente définis par la division des ventes.
- Analyser et examiner les rapports de vente hebdomadaires pour votre territoire et soumettre en ligne le résumé hebdomadaire des appels et les rapports de kilométrage.
- Recueillir et communiquer à son supérieur direct, chaque semaine, des informations sur le marché provenant du terrain.
- Assister, participer et diriger des présentations de produits, des séminaires de formation, des réunions de vente, des voyages d'affaires, des conférences et des salons grand public, selon les besoins.
- Maintenir une connaissance actualisée de l'ensemble des produits, services, promotions, procédures et technologies de TravelBrands, ainsi qu'une connaissance générale de l'industrie du voyage et des produits d'autres voyagistes.

**Connaissances, compétences et qualités spécialisées requises**
- Compétences supérieures en matière de communication et de présentation
- Excellentes compétences en matière de vente et de service à la clientèle
- Capable de persuader et de négocier
- Orienté vers les résultats et capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Capacité à développer des relations à long terme avec les clients
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
- Sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps
- Patience et professionnalisme
- Connaissance supérieure de MS Office, y compris PowerPoint, et des outils de médias sociaux.
**Qualifications académiques et expérience**
- Diplôme d'études post-secondaires en voyage/tourisme est un atout.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du voyage et/ou 3 ans d'expérience en tant que voyagiste
**Conditions de travail**
- Travail à domicile avec une grande partie du travail sur la route (doit avoir un permis de conduire valide).
- Vous devez être flexible pour travailler le soir et les week-ends si nécessaire.
- Il faut voyager - pour les appels de vente, les voyages FAM, les lancements de produits, les conférences, les réunions et plus encore.

**Position Description**:
In this role you will explore opportunities for developing and growing sales with key retail partners and increasing market share for all TravelBrands divisions including Intair, Exotik Journeys, Encore Cruises, Sunquest and more in your assigned territory.
**Key Results and Activities**:
- Develop a keen awareness of your client base, their clients and needs to promote and sell our product. Assist in marketing initiatives, promotions and other tactical ideas to enhance their sales. Strong focus on consolidation
- Through research and analysis, identify business development opportunities and initiatives for your territory
- Maintain a schedule of the agencies within your territory, including sales calls and agent trainings to ensure they are educated and focused on our product
- Implement sales goals and strategies as outlined by your Sales Division
- Analyze and review weekly sales reports for your territory and submit online weekly call summary and mileage reports
- Gather and communicate market intelligence from the field to your direct report on a weekly basis
- Attend, participate in and lead product presentations, training seminars, sales meetings, fam trips, conferences and consumer shows as assigned
