Billing - Deposit Clerk

**SUMMARY**
Performs a variety of duties which involve basic accounting and bookkeeping including overseeing monies collected, posting to accounts and coordinating deposit activities.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive miscellaneous forms of payment (cash, checks, credit)
- Review billing information against received payment and resolve discrepancies
- Verify that transactions comply with company procedures and policies
- Prepare bank account deposit documents
- Post accounting data on a daily basis
- Maintain database by entering data into the computer
- Reconcile revenue collected on a daily basis
- Answer incoming calls and provide routine information regarding payments
- Participate to other receivable activities including preparing, verifying, correcting invoices and entering related data
- Performs related duties as required
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- High School Diploma
- Fluently Bilingual
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft GP an asset
- Meticulous
- Able to manage high level of transactions
