**Data and Analytics BI Analyst**
The Data and Analytics BI Analyst, position, under general supervision, is responsible for creating and maintaining data models, creating data visualization that provide meaningful insight and monitoring pipelines to ensure data quality and reliability. Additional responsibilities include automating workflows, ensuring data security is maintained and staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies.
**Performance Expectations**
- Working as part of the Global Finance team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with various departments and business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Work with IT to design and implement efficient data models for BI reporting.
- Transform and clean data to support reporting and data model needs.
- Develop or assist business leads in creation of interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards.
- Develop and implement best in practices for report building.
- Optimize BI reports and dashboard for performance.
- Provide support for any performance-related or service desk issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to data and BI reporting.
**Credentials**
- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum two years of related work experience.
- Experience with Power Platforms (PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate, and PowerApps)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Able to communicate on a technical and non-technical level depending on the audience.

- Demonstrated organizational, planning, time management, computer, and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and willing to work overtime to meet deadlines when required. Ability to work independently and in a team.
