**1 ‑ Full Time ‑ Cardio Technician**
**ECG**
Reporting to the Manager, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Cardiac Diagnostics, the Cardio Technician is
responsible for completing Electrocardiograms (ECG's) for both inpatients and outpatients in all areas of the hospital.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- Graduate of a CMA accredited cardiology technology program
- Current registration with Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)
- Current certification in BCLS
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (electronic, oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an interprofessional team environment
MUSE
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated regular attendance
Assets:
- 12 Lead ECG course/training
Salary Range: $29.780 to 34.040
