**Job Summary**:
Precise ParkLink is looking for a focused, motivated and highly organized administrator to join our Sales and Marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for all administrative functions associated to business development activities, working collaboratively with staff within the Sales and Marketing teams and other internal departments in order to complete administrative tasks and using their experience assist with the improvement of these processes.

**Location**:100 Floral Parkway,North York, ON M6L 2C5, Position is in-office.

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, 9:00a.m-5:00p.m

**Sales Administration**
- Obtaining, downloading and distributing proposal documentation
- Review document requirements to ensure response to all pre-submission material (e.g. RSVP to Site Meetings, return Intent to Submit letters, etc.), and prepare summary information to initiate proposal response activities
- Request and coordinate all required documentation from internal departments for submissions in a timely manner (i.e. obtain Insurance Certificates, WSIB documentation, Bonding requirements, as required)
- Recording and tracking project specific deadlines (i.e. deadlines to submit questions, due dates, etc.)
- Assist with the completion of proposal submission documentation, as required by the RFP document
- Continuously update internal proposal and sales tracking databases
- Other administrative functions as needed on a daily basis
- Report to Director of Proposal Development

**Marketing administration**:

- Business development administrator will be shared between Marketing and RFP
- **Marketing Administration**: conduct Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) process, maintain Hub Spot CRM, place internal orders and process payments for memberships, events and sponsorship-related items, develop digital business cards and e-signatures, fulfill equipment and software manual orders, maintain marketing budget, maintain Marketing Portal
- **Event administration**:sponsorship and event registrations, ordering event collateral (banners, handouts etc.), process payments internally, coordinate shipping and receiving for event material, assist with event set up and tear down when required, ensure catalogues on marketing portal are up to date—send requests to Marketing Coordinator
- Maintain hiring section of corporate website, ensure job descriptions meet corporate guidelines
- **French translations**:coordinate french translations for all marketing and sales content
- Report to Director, Marketing and Communications or Marketing & Communications Manager

**Qualifications (education/skills/experience)**:

- Completed post-secondary education in business administration, marketing or other similar field
- Strong written communication skills in English and ability to understand technical information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- 1 year professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
