**The job involves**:
Supervising staff with regard to training, work assignments, scheduling, and administrative functions
Strong understanding of all aspects of the EVS Department
Conducting pre shifts, controlling inventory and preparing shift reports
Promoting a safe and hazard free work environment
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Previous supervisory or management experience
Demonstrated leadership, management and team building skills
Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making skills
Proven organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strict attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of WHMIS and Health and Safety Act
Ability to work in all Microsoft Office programs and Kronos scheduling system
