**Company Overview**

**Position Description**

E360 Solutions is Ontario’s largest transporter of used tires providing collection services to thousands of tire shops, vehicle dealers, auto recyclers and municipal recycling centers across the province. As we continue to develop a world-class recycling operation we are building a tire recycling facility located in Barrie Ontario. This plant will process scrap tires to recover the component materials and supply them to end markets across Canada for use in the production of manufactured goods, safer play and athletic surfaces and home and garden products.

**Position Responsibilities**
- This position is responsible for upkeep, preventative maintenance, machine breakdowns, etc to keep production uptime.
- The following proficiencies are required:

- Troubleshooting and prompting safe repairs of various production equipment and building assets.
- Conduct preventative maintenance of equipment, building assets, and facilities as scheduled andassigned.
- Perform project work as assigned using various construction/trade skillsets.
- Safe and competent operation of scissor lift, forklift, overhead crane, etc
- Respond to pages for maintenance support from production, warehouse, and office environments.
- Perform daily/weekly inspections (i.e. fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, forklift, crane, etc.)
- Be familiar with using company-supplied tools (i.e. impact gun, torches, welding equipment, measurement equipment, etc.)
- Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance as required
- Ability to provide emergency support as needed/during off-hours and/or weekends.
- Identify and document improvement opportunities using established processes.
- Cross-train in other departments as available.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system faults, tune equipment, ensure adequate control and security measures are established and enforced.
- Accurately complete required reports daily
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace environment
- Assist in the maintaining of inventory levels in all maintenance stock cabinets. Process needed requisitions for purchasing as required
- Be available for weekend work/overtime as required
- Protect the company's interest in respect to abuse or willful damage of tools and equipment
- Initiate and/or participate in continuous improvement activities
- Attend authorized training in order to develop and/or maintain relevant job-related knowledge, techniques, skills and/or certifications.
- May be required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature.
- Perform any other reasonable duty as required or assigned by Management.

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**
- High school diploma or similar.
- Millwright License (433A) preferred or equivalent experience.
- Electrical experience Preferred
- A valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous experience within fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Problem Solving in Production & Continuous Improvement
- Firm grasp of health and safety codes.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously, as required
- Coachable; Professional; Flexible schedule; Approachable; Quick learner; and Self-motivated.
- Demonstrates good and safe work habits and have a clean working environment.
