**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Participate as a key member of the management team to define, develop, and execute our

strategic plan.
- Define and execute on the marketing department strategy, programs, and initiatives.
- Create the annual marketing calendar to plan and execute the company’s integrated marketing

activities.
- Lead and manage marketing department’s short-term and long-term goals.
- Design and implement lead generation programs to increase sales.
- Lead and manage all in-bound and out-bound activities to increase sales.

social media and display advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and

sales.
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns for product promotion and brand

awareness to increase website traffic and qualified leads.
- Create and coordinate product content for sales enablement tools, website copy, white papers,

case studies, and digital ads.
- Work closely with product management and sales teams to develop clear value proposition and

content to communicate to potential customers.
- Lead the content and creative strategy to develop relevant assets for lead generation and

nurturing.
- Lead and manage website revision project.
- Own reporting, analysis and forecasting of marketing initiatives, report on progress and results to

senior leadership team.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, and

other key stakeholders.
- Track, measure, evaluate and report on the performance and impact of marketing campaigns in

achieving our goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience with software, SaaS, or technology marketing and all its components

preferably in a B2B environment
- 2+ years experience with Wordpress
- 2+ years experience with Hubspot
- Recognized for your ability to plan and execute on top priorities. You are comfortable presenting

to and interacting with senior leaders.
- Experience driving inbound/outbound digital/online marketing campaigns and lead generation

activities.
- Experience in organic and paid marketing campaigns, as well as content marketing
- Strong knowledge of product promotion and content marketing strategy
- A natural cross-functional collaborator with the ability to bring groups together and successfully

deliver projects, campaigns, and programs.
- Data-driven decision making with the ability to report on marketing ROI that highlights the

relationship between marketing activities, sales pipeline creation, closed sales, and incremental

revenue.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task effectively and work under pressure

and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Solid experience with marketing automation and tools (HubSpot and Salesforce)
