We are a full-service company that offers a wide range of promotional items to outfit teams and promote companies. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about producing exceptional quality for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Production**
- Pull production orders from production board.
- Pull artwork to be produced.
- Set up and prepare screens, inks, and other necessary supplies for printing.
- Adjust pallets and dryer temperature for job.
- Acquire proper colour inks.
- Mix ink as needed.

**Screen Printing Production**
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Ensure accurate registration and alignment of designs on the printing surface.
- Monitor and adjust printing parameters to achieve desired print quality.
- Inspect printed products for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Post-Production**
- Take job down from press.
- Return inks to inventory.
- Reclaim screens.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous screen printing experience.
- Knowledge of screen printing techniques, including color separation and ink mixing
- Familiarity with different types of printing materials and their characteristics
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality prints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Assets**:

- Industry experience operating automatic printing press.
- Proficiency in Corel or other graphic design software.
- Graphic design skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
