**Boeing Canada Operations Ltd.**, is seeking **Entry Level** **Business Support Staff**, reporting directly to the Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) Regional Leader for Canada and Latin America (CLA), working out of the **Ottawa **office.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assists operations management and compliance, Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management.
- Responds to routine or basic processes to support local hire employees and international assignees and accomplish a task.
- Assists with facilities operations and administration, non-real-property project administration, property administration and facilities provisioning activities.
- Assists with routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data.
- Aides with processes and procedures for safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while becoming familiar with compliance standards.
- Assists in compiling data from various sources.
- Aides in event support and executive visits.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be willing and eligible to work on Canadian government and defense-related programs.
- Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
- Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance

**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:

- Post-secondary education
- Demonstrate high standards and integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Advanced communication (reading, writing and speaking) in French.
- Working knowledge and experience with the Boeing 5-Step problem solving model or Lean/SixSigma methodologies.
- Experience with office/facilities environment Sustainability measures.

**Typical Education and Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
