**IMMEDIATE**:opening for a full time Parts Advisor. This front-line position in our busy parts department is responsible for helping customers both in person and over the phone and is the main contact for both internal and external customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of tires, accessories, and automotive parts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Superior Communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Happy to help attitude with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Motivated to succeed and grow
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated familiarity with automotive parts vendors

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
- Maintaining an intimate knowledge of in stock parts, accessories, and tires
- Knowing which suppliers to order from
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Build and maintain a reputation of being a top-notch advisor within our dealership
