Fasten your seatbelt **Fix Network** is looking for a **Social Media Strategist **who can take a firm grip on the wheel and lead our projects in a constantly changing world.

As our next **Social Media Strategist** will be the responsible for driving all social communications activities for the Fix Network. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and franchise growth.

**Your responsibilities as a Social Media Strategist at Fix Network**:

- Plan content and content promotion and oversee the annual social media strategy globally, aligning it regionally.
- Create annual and monthly social media strategies including 30-60-90-day content calendars and ideation for organic and paid campaigns.
- Create unique and engaging visual content ideas through Canva and produce Reels and TikTok videos.
- Provide recommendations on which audiences, formats, and platforms to be explored to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to determine target audiences, angles, positioning for various segments, services, products, and brands to create cutting-edge strategies that deliver on performance goals.
- Analyze, report, recommend, and implement improvements on all social media data collected in partnership with analytics to understand, improve and report on performance.
- Create and manage meta events, audiences, pixels across brand accounts in partnership with the web and IT teams.
- Act as pioneer in social listening - set up queries, filter noise, analyze share of voice and sentiment for brands to determine market trends and competitor content strategies.
- Support in-person and virtual coverage of national social media events.
- Execute paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram with defined KPIs to achieve goals.
- Expertise in managing social media CRM like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr.
- Develop monthly and annual performance reports for social media from social media CRM.
- Provide advice and guidance for social media to the organization and franchisees.
- Lead corporate social media initiatives, corporate strategies and governance related to social media programs and initiatives including digital, web and branding support.
- Provide guidance and support to all regional partners and companies to ensure content remains accurate, timely and meets policies, standards, and legislation.
- Develop and maintain social and economic profiles of target countries to encourage commercial investment and development.
- Provide target market data and insights to support highly tailored marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze and share insights on market trends and competitor strategies. This includes product development, target markets, marketing initiatives, and network development support.
- By leveraging analytics capabilities, provide support and recommendations for strategic planning for the various countries globally.
- Develop KPIs and analytics and actionable data insights on marketing and communications performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Masters degree in business marketing/communications or any related field
- 7-8 years of digital and social media experience with demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Expertise with leading social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr.
- High level of experience on Meta business suite including Business Manager, Creator Studio, and Ads Manager.
- Experience with marketing automation solutions and data management platforms is considered an asset.
- Experience in Video creating/editing and content writing is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
