**Job Overview**:
The Installation Coordinator for the Installers Team in Calgary will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the installation process, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality installations of OZ Shower Doors Ltd.’s products. This role involves planning, scheduling, and supervising installations while ensuring accurate measurements are taken and communicated to the Edmonton workshop. The Installation Coordinator will also manage responses to service calls and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Supervision**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of installers to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity.

**Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and manage weekly and daily installation schedules based on project timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate with the Edmonton base office to align material production and delivery schedules with installation requirements.
- Optimize workforce deployment to ensure timely completion of all installations and service calls.
- Plan for contingencies to address potential delays or unforeseen issues in the installation process.

**Measurement and Communication**:

- Conduct precise on-site measurements for all installation projects.
- Communicate measurements, technical specifications, and project details to the Edmonton workshop promptly.
- Liaise with the Edmonton team to address discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of materials.

**Installation Oversight**:

- Supervise the installation of frameless and framed glass shower enclosures, mirrors, wire and melamine shelving, and other products, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and assist in resolving on-site challenges to maintain installation quality and efficiency.

**Customer Service and Service Calls**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to installations or service calls.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests to meet customer expectations.
- Conduct post-installation inspections and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce compliance with workplace safety protocols and regulations across all installation sites.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and supervising installation teams, preferably in the construction or glass industry.
- Strong understanding of glass shower enclosures, mirrors, shelving, and related installation techniques.
- Proficient in taking accurate measurements and reading/interpreting floor drawings.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, caulking, and restoration techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary with potential performance-based bonuses.

**Location**:

- Calgary, Alberta, with occasional travel to Edmonton if required.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
