**Position Summary**

The Project Manager, Team Lead is responsible for coordinating projects with both clients and internal team members.

He/She is the front-line relationships manager charged with preserving, improving client and resource relationships. Alexa Translations partnerships are typically long term in nature and managing the existing client relationships and striving for a constantly improved client experience is the main focus.

The Project Manager Team Lead enables his team members to successfully manage their respective
his team and the main coordination between his team and other departments within Alexa.

**Principle Responsibilities and Duties**

Everything we do in project management is done through the lens of providing an exceptional customer experience. In order to accomplish this, the Project Manager Team Lead is fully responsible for the entire life cycle of the client experience for all projects in his/her area.
- Project Planning
- The smooth execution of a project depends to a large degree on good planning and ensuring that all stakeholders are in full agreement as to process, budget, timelines, deliverables, as well as the agreed method of communication during the project as well as between project cycles.
- For a project manager in the translation business, the proper education of the client is an integral part.
- The careful planning and selection of all resources needed to deliver the project within the timelines and within budget.
- Execution
- The project manager oversees the execution of his own projects projects as well as the projects executed by his team members and is ultimately responsible to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned as to timelines, details, and any needed coordination throughout the execution phase.
- Project completion and follow up
- Upon successful completion and delivery of the project, the Snr Project Manager ensures that any follow-up calls are done with the involved stakeholders.
- Client Relationship
- For any recurring and/or contracted clients, the Project manager is fully responsible for maintaining the relationship with the clients and all requesters. Here again, the Snr project manager ensures that all prep work, agreements and planning are done well ahead of the start of project execution.
- Management Duties:

- The Project Manager Team Lead is responsible for his team's production and continuous improvement. He/She also plays an integral part in the improvement and development of your processes. We expect a team lead to always have an innovative point of view on how things could be improved to deliver an even greater experience for all involved.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- College diploma, university degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/French) mandatory requirement

Experience and Proficiencies:

- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, particularly in the localization industry.
- Technical, communications or SaaS industry experience
- Experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships
