**Job Description**:
As an important member of the program leadership team, the Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of acute Mental Health Outpatient services. Reporting to the Operations Director, the **Manager, Mental Health and Addictions Outpatient Program** will be responsible for managing the Rapid Access Pharmacological Treatment program, community outreach services, ECT, Acute Psychiatry Clinic, Medication Clinic, Adult Mental Health Day Programs, and Adult Mental Health and Addictions Outpatient Program.

**Education**:

- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario or current registration with other applicable regulated health

professional College of Ontario
- Current CNA Mental Health Certification or equivalent preferred
- Baccalaureate preparation in a health-related field essential
- Master's preparation in a health-related field preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute mental health setting
- Experience in mental health: acute or outpatient services
- Experience in effective collaborative relationships with external groups associated with the mental health programming, both regionally and provincially
- Minimum of five years current Mental Health experience as an asset
- Computer skills should include competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Meditech

- Ability to work effectively in a wide range of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in managing in a unionized work environment

**Other**:

- Working knowledge and understanding of Financial Management systems
- Working knowledge of financial and health care reporting structured
- Ability to foster strong interprofessional relationships across
