**About the position**

Led by the Program Manager, Digital HR, you will join a dynamic and diverse team of 5-6 Analysts collaborating to uncover trends and opportunities while resolving complex issues within our SAP & HR systems.

Further, you will have the full support of your leader and teammates to enhance your skills, experiment, and further your career through our customizable Learning & Development programs across various domains (HR, SAP, IT, Analytics, etc.) and relevant certifications.

**What you will do**
As a key member of the Digital HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the departmental business processes, business information and best practices.

In addition, you will:

- Perform thorough testing of software solutions, including functionality, performance, compatibility, and security.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to identify bugs and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate issues, track resolutions, and verify fixes.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to provide valuable insights for improving software quality.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.

**What you need to succeed**
You are a self-starter with the ability to set priorities, monitoring ongoing projects and ensure deliverables are achieved. You are also able to quickly grasp, troubleshoot and diagnose complex and multi-dimensional problems and develop appropriate responses or strategies to address them. Further, you have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, technical specialists, and suppliers to resolve new and complex problems.

In addition, you have:

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) working with SAP, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- An understanding of the fundamentals of computer systems and IT methodology used in the client server environments, specifically ERP environments, as well as an understanding of structured methodology and system development life cycle
- Ability to anticipate future opportunities or uncover potential problems
- Advanced skills in SAP and MS Excel

**Nice to have**
- Relevant certifications (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification

**Your education and experience**
- completed post-secondary degree in a relevant field (e.g., information technology, project management, business analysis) and a minimum of six years of experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) within an HR environment or in relevant information technology, business and/or process analysis

- an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

**What you need to know**
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Reliability
