**Responsibilities**
- Develop QA strategies and standards based on projects across teams
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled
- Design, develop and execute manual test scenarios under regression test plans
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Present test results and communicate test progress to QA Manager
- Participate in meetings with developers and project managers to discuss release scope and roadblocks
- Identify opportunities and implement appropriate best practices
- Ensure QA activities are completed and signed off in the expected time frame prior to release deployments
- Install and deploy builds in test environments
- Meet sprint goals, ensuring quality releases are delivered
- Execute functional and regression tests manually and through automation
- Contribute and support in the development of automated test scripts and execute for different releases

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years experience in software quality assurance
- At least 1 year experience in test automation
- Experience in the following:

- Manual and automated testing of desktop, web, and API
- Web service and API testing, including the interactions with SOAP and/or REST service endpoints through swagger or postman
- Ability to identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Possess knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Ability to Speak French and English (written and oral)
