Fulfillment Coordinator

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer delivery requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for orders
- Oversee the Service Scheduling Calendar and ensure proper work times are achieved
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce fulfillment costs
- Supervise fulfillment staff and provide training as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays in the fulfillment process
**Experience**:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations management
- Certification in Supply Chain Management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (training will be provided)

Pay: $38,355.02-$79,243.15 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
