**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Taos, an IBM Company is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with deep working knowledge around JMS Farm and WebLogic.

We are seeking someone that has more of a middleware background to work closely with our clients through our Managed Services division.

Also, this person is an experienced technologist with a passion for helping customer's meet their needs, wants, and goals.

This individual must be able to tackle new challenges, problem solve, and learn new technologies all the while balancing multiple unique client initiatives.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Experience managing the Weblogic server and it's resources through the use of the Admin console, templates, and the command line in a clustered environment.
- A working knowledge of WLST (Weblogic Scripting Tool) in order to automate the management of Weblogic resources.
- Experience setting up and managing a JMS Server in a highly available configuration.
- An understanding of the best practices for tuning the JMS server to ensure high performance, availability, and resiliency.
- Experience troubleshooting Weblogic JMS issues

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Bonus (nice to have)
- Understanding of JMS security
- Experience managing third-party JMS providers
- Python experience
