**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including cookies, bars, pies and fillings
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Decorate cookies and pastries according to customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by packing orders and ensuring quality control.
- Train new staff
- Recipe Development and trouble shoot recipes

Qualifications:

- 5 plus years experience working in a commercial kitchen or as a head baker. References will be required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity and skill in decorating is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- A strong understanding of production numbers and can manage productivity of staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Baking: 5 years (required)
