Data Entry Clerk and Inventory Control

Anjou, Canada Dominion Sample Full time

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files and ERP system
- Obtain paperwork from production departments and enter the data into databases or spreadsheets as needed
- Update, revise, print and distribute daily schedules
- Precisely input data into computer systems and databases with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Examine and validate data for any errors or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
- Categorize information into spreadsheets
- Produce and manage reports
- Identify data discrepancies or anomalies within the datasets used in reports
- Work closely with teams from various departments to grasp and tackle data-related obstacles
- Conducted quality checks and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare labor hour reports on a monthly basis
- Plan and schedule one department
- Manage inventory of raw material and update in inventory system
- Manage the requisitions for inventory release and put back
- Support other data production related duties
- Act as a backup to our shipper
- Manage the receiving

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Good Knowledge of Excel, Word and other similar software
- Language: English and French

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
