**This exciting opportunity calls for a strong team player who keeps current with Enterprise software, SaaS solutions, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Office 365 and related products.**

**Reporting to the Manager of IT Business Systems, you will be responsible for supporting and administering the operations and project-based work of our internal Microsoft SharePoint tenant and related sites including all Microsoft-based infrastructures and related technologies.**

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- Provide consulting support, training and oversight
- Develop and deliver system training, and provide post-implementation support
- Manage Software and Service for Enterprise and SaaS Application Portfolio
- Provide Microsoft SharePoint Site Development, Platform Administration and Support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office and Teams Platform
- Liaise with Board business units and provide business Unit Software Workflow Research, Development, Analysis and Support
- Privacy and Security Analysis and Remediation
- Maintain and develop new documentation for all the software platforms

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Minimum 3 year college diploma in a computer/technology based program
- Minimum MS-900 level certification (Microsoft 365 Certification: Fundamentals)
- Proven experience working in software and database development
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- PowerShell automation scripting experience
- Ability to design and implement advanced functions of Office 365, including data governance and compliance
- Ability to work in a busy environment independently as well as part of a team
- Effective technical, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present information to diverse audiences
- Excellent troubleshooting, planning, technical documentation, and migration skills
- Attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent time management & organizational skills

This is a full time permanent position.

**HOURS**:8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

**LOCATION**:Catholic Education Centre, Welland, ON

**SALARY**: $64,585.79 - $71,761.99 per annum
