**About Us**:
ORCAFY is looking for a talented and creative full-time Professional Content Writer to join our dynamic team This is an in-office position where you'll have the opportunity to create engaging and human-friendly content for various industries, including Real Estate, Restaurants, Mortgages, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Blog Content**: Create engaging and informative blog posts on a variety of topics related to our industry.
- **Social Media Video Content Scripts**: Develop captivating scripts for short-form, long-form video content and UGC video content across different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- **Podcast Video Scripts**: Write compelling scripts for podcast videos, ensuring a seamless flow and engaging audience.
- **Advertising Copy**: Craft persuasive and attention-grabbing advertising copy for primary text.
- **Industry Expertise**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of various industries, such as Real Estate, Restaurant, Mortgage, and more.
- **Human-Centric Approach**: Write content that is relatable, and engaging, AI-generated content is not acceptable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
