Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled full time contract Industrial Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, mechanical, and logic controllers
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors when necessary
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance System to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff effectively
- Proficient in working with logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical components
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees across all levels of the organization

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
