Position Responsibilities
Responsible for all outbound and inbound contact from all clients and related parties in order to cure arrears
Review and action all assigned workflow to ensure that files are followed up on in a timely manner to remedy default
Maintain a best-in class relationship with clients, subsequent encumbrances, solicitors and brokers
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all communications, correspondence, and repayment details and or other matters of interest in the system of record.
Achieve and maintain monthly all targets and standards as set by management
Provide the highest level of service and support to all customers and interdepartmental relationships
Formal Education
Post secondary degree or diploma required (University degree preferred) in Finance, Business or equivalent
Certification(s)/Designation(s) preferred
Related Experience
- 2 years in administrative role
- Mortgage Collection or related legal administrative

- Working knowledge of Residential Default process, Mortgage Origination & Servicing process preferred
