**What you will do**:

- Engage in a detailed mine operations training program emphasizing personal and team safety
- Learn and become certified to operate mobile/mining equipment and oversee automated equipment
- Perform operational tasks, including manual lifting and shoveling
- Work within small teams to safely achieve objectives for the shift
- Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to continuously improve safety and operational efficiency

**What you will bring**:

- High School Diploma
- Core values of Safety and Integrity
- Commitment to treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Ability to work shift work (days and nights)
- Willingness to learn all aspects of operations
- Previous heavy equipment experience would be an asset.
