**About our Clinics within Anytime Dental Group**

We’re a fast growing, newly established company that has ten clinics throughout Ontario, with four additional clinics being built throughout 2024. In the summer of 2023, we started our journey to build a central support team to help ensure our clinics have the support they deserve. We believe that we have created never-seen-before dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families and our employees experience. As oral health is such a priority to us, we provide **free basic dental care and cleanings for our employees and their immediate family.**

**Your Responsibilities**

Below we’ve listed your formal responsibilities, but other responsibilities may arise.
- Coordinate appointments, fill vacancies in the schedule and coordinate schedules for practitioners.
- Manage patient inquiries, complete referrals, liaise with other offices in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate recommended treatment plans (for fillings, implants, etc), insurance coverage and resulting out-of-pocket expenses and/or payment plan.
- Bill patients and their insurance companies and maintain accurate patient accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable from insurance companies and patients.
- Maintain patient files, charts, and reports, and enter data into the Electronic Records system.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- A minimum of one year of administration experience.
- Evening and weekend availability is required. Our clinics are open 7-days a week, and until 9pm Monday-Friday.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients.
- Friendly and calm demeanour.
- Thrive working in fast-paced environments.
- IPAC certification is not required but considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
