Il s'agit d'une opportunité à distance pour ceux situés dans la Province de Québec ou un poste 4 jours semaine au bureau de Toronto, du lundi au jeudi pour ceux dans la région du grand Toronto. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en garantissant l'exactitude et l'intégrité de nos dossiers financiers en clôturant les revenus mensuellement et en effectuant les rapprochements bancaires. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec divers départements et cliniques dentaires pour assurer une communication opportune et précise des informations financières.
**Dans ce rôle, vous allez**
- Effectuez des rapprochements bancaires quotidiens, mensuels et annuels pour garantir un enregistrement précis des transactions.
- Enquêter et résoudre les écarts entre les relevés bancaires et les comptes du grand livre.
- Surveiller et signaler tout élément de rapprochement en suspens ou non résolu. Préparer la clôture mensuelle des revenus des cabinets dans le cadre des procédures de clôture de fin de mois.
- Publiez toutes les transactions de revenus dans Netsuite.
- Analyser et examiner les transactions de revenus pour garantir leur exactitude et leur exhaustivité.
- Préparez des rapports financiers précis et opportuns, y compris des rapports d'analyse des revenus, des analyses des écarts et des rapports de gestion.
- Participer aux activités de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d’année, en assurant le respect des politiques et procédures internes.
- Participer aux audits financiers et fournir la documentation et le soutien nécessaires aux auditeurs internes et externes.
- Effectuer des analyses financières ad hoc, au besoin, pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique.
**Ce que nous recherchons**
- Diplôme collégial ou baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe
- Expérience avérée en tant qu'analyste financier, de préférence axée sur l'analyse des revenus et les rapprochements bancaires.
- Solide compréhension des principes comptables, des normes de comptabilisation des revenus et de l'analyse financière.
- Maîtrise des techniques de modélisation et de prévision financières.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques avec une grande attention aux détails.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme rapide et axé sur les délais.
- Solides compétences en communication pour collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes.
- Une connaissance des systèmes ERP et une expérience des outils de visualisation de données (par exemple, Tableau) sont souhaitables.
