**Position**:Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist**

Ø Provides support, education and thought leadership for digital marketing projects and other tasks assigned. Works closely with the retail business team and branches to leverage digital channels in ways that help the Bank achieve its retail business objectives.

Ø Plan and organise promotional, business and social events that the bank and the branches sponsor and participate in. Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objective

Ø Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

Ø Prepare budgets and ensure adherence

Ø Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

Ø Coordinate all operations in liaison with the event organizers and agencies

Ø Lead promotional activities for the event

Ø Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Ø Implement and oversee content and functionality updates for the Bank’s website.

Ø Ensure consistent branding and design across all digital assets (e.g., images, messaging, and layouts).

Ø Collaborate with retail business teams and branches to guide digital projects/ideas with regards to best practices across web production, design, user experience and SEO.

Ø Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other websites, including technology and function analysis and determine strategies to stay competitive.

Ø Recommend, implement, and create digital communication tactics to drive retail business growth and maximize value and information availability for customers.

Ø Analyze marketing results, statistics, and data from campaigns and other marketing-related work to formulate and make recommendations and to implement them.

Ø Analyze website and clickstream data to effectively optimize the site content, messaging, user experience and other key indicators.

Ø Provide on-going user data analysis for CRM and marketing development purposes.

Ø Oversee and improve search engine marketing efforts and report the results to marketing team and other necessary parties in the Bank.

Ø Optimize ad copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

Ø Develop and support digital brand presence by contributing various content including writing copy, posts, blogs, etc. using a unified, engaging voice that supports the brand’s message and mission.

Ø Provides direction and guidance to developers, designers and database teams to efficiently execute digital projects.

Ø Performs basic development (CMS, HTML, WYSIWYG editor or Dreamweaver) and design revisions (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

**Qualifications and skill set**:
Ø Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and 2+ years of digital marketing experience with progressive responsibility, preferably in a financial services firm.

Ø Experience in conducting events for organizations. Lead the brand promotional and customer engagement activities during the event.

Ø Creativity: Comes up with new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; to be original and provide value-addition to enterprise marketing efforts.

Ø Language Skills: Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret Bank’s policies. Requires the ability to write clear and concise reports, policies, and procedures pertaining to digital marketing. The ability to make highly effective and persuasive presentations on digital/online marketing topics to internal and external constituencies is required. The ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from customers, other departments within the Bank and regulators is required.

Ø Written Communications - Should be able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect.

Ø Reasoning Ability: Requires the ability to interpret and analyze an array of data in a variety of forms and leverage it for marketing purposes.

Ø Computer Skills: Requires knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheets, database management, content management systems, and internet.
