**Job Title: Branch Manager - Kruse Glass & Aluminum**

**Location**: Regina, Saskatchewan

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily branch operations, including project management, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff, including installers, sales teams, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Customer Relations**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and expand our market presence.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage branch budget, track financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all projects meet company standards and regulatory requirements, and that work is completed to the highest quality.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the glazing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial glass products and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and business development.
- Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the glazing industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.
