**Microsoft 365 Tech Lead**

**Role Overview**

The scope of the Microsoft 365 Technical Lead position is focused on maintaining, supporting, and improving the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure for the Company and its subsidiaries.

**Your Contribution**

1. Implementation and Configuration:

- Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

2. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft 365 solutions.

3. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay informed about Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices to optimize system functionality.

4. Migration Projects:

- Lead migration projects from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth transition and mínimal disruptions.

5. Documentation and SOPs:

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for IT configurations, processes, policies, and procedures.

6. Training and Support:

- Provide second level support assistance to help desk staff.

7. Microsoft 365 Updates:

- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to make strategic recommendations for Microsoft 365 improvements.

8. Security Collaboration:

- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security best practices.

9. On-Premise IT Assets:

- Administer on-premise IT assets

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or equivalent are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or consultant.
- Experience in life science, food or industrial manufacturing is considered an asset.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security principles, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus.
