Study2020 is a multidisciplinary, international organization that is ICEF and CCEA certified, providing comprehensive professional consultancy services in the field of education and immigration. It specializes in assessment, educational counseling, university admissions, document preparation, visa consultation, and post-arrival services.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect and document user's requirements
- Design and develop a database
- Design, construct, modify, implement and test data models and database management systems
- Operate database management systems to analyze data
- Develop and implement data administration policy, standards and models
- Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules
- Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data
- Conduct research and provide advice to other information systems professionals regarding the collection, availability, and suitability of data
- Lead and co-ordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
- Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers

**Qualifications**
- MS/BS in Computer Science with +3 years of experience in related areas. Experience in the immigration and education industry would be an asset.
- Proficiency in both Python (i.e. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, etc.) and R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
- Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: PowerBI and Matplotlib.
- Intermediate knowledge of Software Development Techniques
- Strong knowledge of various Data Science disciplines, including descriptive analytics, optimization, hypothesis testing, neural networks, statistic models, and machine learning
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - experience in writing and presenting comprehensive narratives on opportunity, objectives, goals, and delivery plans to customers and stakeholders
- Ability to deliver data science projects from start to end, such as idea generation, project definition, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and its tools, such as Docker and CI/CD
- It would be helpful to have experience with programming languages such as Java, Flutter, C++

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour
