**Responsibilities**:

- Package and label pastries for display and sale
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and breads
- Decorate pastries using various techniques, such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow recipes and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production of pastries
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with pastry selection and answering customer questions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or restaurant kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and cake decorating skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
