**Vous possédez**:

- Un diplôme universitaire dans une discipline pertinente (par exemple, communication, journalisme, relations publiques, sciences politiques) ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
- Une compétence du français et de l'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).
- Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la communication, y compris l'organisation d'événements et l'élaboration de stratégies de communication.
- Une connaissance accrue des stratégies de communication interne et des relations publiques.
- Une compréhension approfondie du CRDI, de ses activités et de l'environnement dans lequel il opère.

**Vous êtes**:

- Une personne détenant de grandes aptitudes en communication, ayant un esprit d'équipe combiné à de grandes compétences interpersonnelles.
- Capable d'effectuer des tâches liées à la recherche.
- Excellent-e dans la gestion de projets et avez un excellent sens de l’organisation.
- Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches, d'établir des priorités, de travailler sous pression et de respecter des délais serrés.
- Qualifié-e pour établir, gérer et maintenir des relations avec des parties prenantes diverses et expérimentées.

- Diriger et gérer des activités de sensibilisation et de liaison à haute visibilité avec des parties prenantes importantes.
- Gérer les événements publics, les demandes d'information du public, les rapports parlementaires et la liaison avec les ministères et agences gouvernementales ainsi que les activités liées aux programmes.
- Contribuer au développement, à la production et à la diffusion de supports de communication institutionnelle à haute visibilité.
- Préparer, organiser et faire des présentations sur le CRDI adaptées à différents publics.
- Joindre une organisation qui valorise et modélise la diversité, l’équité et l’inclusion.
