Looking to work at fun and dynamic software company and are very tech-savvy? We're a growing software company looking for an experienced Data Analytics Projects Manager to optimize and streamline our business processes and operations.

**About the Position**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our ambitious projects from conception to fruition.

This role is pivotal in driving project success, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while understanding project requirements, resource allocation, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse project team, assign tasks effectively, set clear deadlines, and promote a collaborative environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Maintain regular communication, provide updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to minimize disruptions.
- Budget Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring financial constraints are adhered to, and make cost-effective decisions to maximize project value.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards through regular testing and validation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ Year’s experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
