DLVR only Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the food and beverage industry. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Planning and Initiation**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deliverables. Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

3. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage any issues that arise to ensure projects stay on track.

4. **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including human resources, materials, and budget, to achieve project objectives.

5. **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and management. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Monitor project progress to ensure the quality and standards set by DLVR only Inc. are met. Implement best practices and quality control measures.

7. **Project Documentation**: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

8. **Change Management**: Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management). Or equivalent college diploma.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the food and beverage industry or related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and best practices is a plus.

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
