En tant que gestionnaire immobilier, vous serez impliqué dans tous les aspects de la gestion d'un portefeuille de bureaux, des opérations et des activités financières à la gestion des relations importantes avec nos locataires, propriétaires et vendeurs. De la gestion des contrats de service à la supervision des améliorations locatives, en passant par l'inspection des propriétés et la formulation de recommandations, vous aurez l'occasion de partager vos idées novatrices.
Ce que vous apportez:
- Cinq ans ou plus d'expérience progressive dans la gestion de propriétés commerciales, y compris des portefeuilles de bureaux.- Bonne compréhension des rapports financiers, y compris la variance entre les chiffres réels et les chiffres budgétaires.- Expérience démontrée avec des logiciels immobiliers tels que Yardi, MRI.- Bilinguisme exigé (français et anglais).
Compétences et expériences qui constituent un atout:
- Expérience avec des projets d'amélioration des immobilisations.- Vous communiquez clairement et efficacement à tous les niveaux.- Vous détenez une désignation CPM ou RPA.
Portrait de la réussite:
- Vous développez et entretenez des relations solides avec les propriétaires, les locataires, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.- Vous êtes responsable de la préparation du budget annuel et des rapprochements avec les locataires.

Who you are
Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.
As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing your assigned portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants, property owners and vendors. From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas.
What you bring:
- Five or more years of progressive experience managing commercial properties, including office portfolios.- Fantastic communication skills, with a track record of providing customer excellence to clients and tenants.- Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.- Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
Bonus skills and experience- Experience with capital improvement projects.- Computer proficiency in all MS Office programs.- You hold a CPM or RPA designation.
What success looks like:
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors, to ensure customer excellence at all times.- You successfully prepare and plan all financials, from monthly to annual budget reports, as well as any capital projects.- An excellent ability to work at a fast pace, managing multiple projects at any given time and making sure deadlines are meet.
