As the **Dispatcher/Delivery Co-Ordinator,** you will be responsible for working in direct tandem alongside the Service Manager and Service Advisors, while also acting as the Service Departments liaison with the Sales Department for new and used vehicle deliveries. Excellent communication and organization skills are essential elements for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and distribute electronic work orders for customers and internal sales vehicles to the technicians.
- Oversee daily capacity operations utilizing workflow management, available hours to sell, and additional work approved from estimates.
- Create, track, modify, and close all internal work orders for new and used vehicles.
- Generate electronic estimates for the used vehicle department.
- Monitor and manage drive-thru traffic when required.
- Assist with customer work orders in crisis situations as determined and designated by the Service Manager.

- In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Experience with using dealership management software, preferably PBS but not mandatory.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Wherewithal to prioritize duties while working in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
