**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Ceridian and Collage
- Develop and implement training programs for employees and consultants on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support employee relations initiatives
- Assist with payroll processing when necessary
- Prepare employee contracts and consultant agreements
- Clinician, employee, and consultant onboarding
- Maintaining and managing employee and consultant profiles including, ensuring appropriate regulatory licenses are maintained, liability insurance is up-to-date, etc.
- Timely management of issues should they arise
- Oversee employee benefit program
- Oversee vacation accrual
- Attend events for recruitment purposes
- Monitoring systems access list and changing as needed
- Reviewing and branding employee and consultant CVs, overseeing and managing clinician biographies
- Initiating and completing performance evaluations
- Establishing performance measures protocol for employees and clinicians

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience working with various HRIS platforms as well as Collage and Indeed
- Familiarity with training development processes
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to conduct interviews timely and effectively
- Understanding of allied health professionals' roles and responsibilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
