Inside/outside Sales Manager

RRA Trucking provides a competitive compensation plan that includes the base salary, uncapped commission, and extended health benefits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create opportunities and proactively seek new companies with existing customers.
- Meet with customers at their corporate headquarters or other sites as needed to discuss viable opportunities to understand their business needs, identify scope, submit a proposal, finalize the contract and win the business
- Coordinate with internal staff and the customer to implement the customer's solution, including participation in kick-off and understanding contractual obligations to facilitate customer needs
- Perform various activities related to Opportunity Management and monitoring the health of the account, which includes, but is not limited to, Customer KPI review, revenue quality monitoring, watching for additional opportunities, contract and payment terms review to ensure adherence to the agreement
- Understand, analyze, and make decisions using customer analytics, KPIs and additional data in order to drive conversations or negotiations with customers to acquire new business and/or generate proposals.
- Maintain positive relationships with client management and other internal teams in order to maintain account ownership
- Must document, all sales activities in CRM to ensure adherence to policy and process
- Meet pre-established sales objectives
- Work with Sales to properly execute formal requests for pricing (RFP) on over-the-road freight
- Provide pricing analysis for full truckload, including dry, flatbed and refrigerated
- Implement tools and other means to effectively communicate market trends and their impacts on capacity and pricing
- Perform any other duties that may be necessary to be successful in this role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$97,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
