**Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?**
- Gérer les agendas des deux dirigeants de façon optimale;
- Coordonner, planifier et organiser la tenue de réunions et s'assurer la bonne logistique de chacune de ces rencontres;
- Coordonner tous les déplacements des dirigeants en établissant un emploi du temps efficace et effectuer toutes les réservations, gérer les imprévus et préparer les dossiers de voyage;
- Compléter les demandes de remboursement de dépenses et les comptabiliser;
- Compléter les feuilles de temps et les demandes de vacances des comités de gestion des deux directions;
- Réviser, corriger et traduire des documents et présentations exécutives;
- Maintenir un système de classement efficace des dossiers sur les réseaux de l’organisation;
- Configurer et gérer les différents groupes de travail sur les plateformes collaboratives virtuelle de travail;
- Rédiger et coordonner plusieurs communications entre la direction et les employés;
- Veiller au respect des budgets et des échéanciers;
- Préparer et assister à diverses rencontres. Rédiger les comptes rendus, les procès-verbaux et assurer la prise en charge des suivis qui en découlent;
**Ce qu’il te faut pour être Adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) chez nous?**
- Un diplôme d’études collégiales en technique de bureautique ou une expérience équivalente;
- Un minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente, de l’expérience au sein d’un environnement ressources humaines sera considéré comme un atout;
- Une très bonne connaissance des logiciels d’usage courant de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint) et de la plateforme collaborative Teams;
- Une compétence en communication orale et écrite et être bilingue (français et anglais, parlé et écrit).
- Un excellent sens de l’organisation, notamment une aptitude à gérer simultanément des tâches et des responsabilités variées;
- Un sens de l’urgence et des priorités, de l’initiative et du jugement;
- De la discrétion, de la rigueur et un excellent sens éthique;
- Du dynamisme et de la rapidité d’exécution, tout en gardant le souci du détail;
- Habileté à communiquer de manière efficace et aptitude à savoir adapter son approche, selon les multiples parties prenantes.
