We are a family owned and operated winery in Niagara on the Lake that focuses on producing premium Appassimento style wines with bold flavour.

Each and every member of our team becomes family when they join us. We are now looking to expand our family and are seeking a driven, motivated and personable individual to become our licensee sales rep for Southern Ontario.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with new licensee partners, including restaurants, wine shops, distributors, and retailers.
- Promote our wine portfolio, highlighting our family’s story, practices, and product quality to generate interest and sales.
- Negotiate licensing agreements, ensuring that terms are aligned with business goals while promoting mutual success.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to licensee partners, ensuring they have the resources they need to successfully sell and promote our wines.
- Offer educational sessions and training to licensee staff on wine varieties, tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and the family story behind the brand.
- Monitor the success of licensees, making recommendations to improve product placement, marketing strategies, and overall sales performance.
- Act as the face of the family winery, ensuring that all interactions reflect the values of our business: family, craftsmanship, and quality.
- Address customer and licensee inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that licensees maintain our high standards of product presentation, reinforcing our brand’s integrity.

Our compensation model is designed to incentivize top-tier performance, giving you the freedom to maximize your earnings without limits.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Passion for wine and knowledge of wine production, regions, and pairings.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to track sales, manage accounts, and follow up on leads.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing and reporting to a small, close-knit family team.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with licensees, attend events, and represent the brand.

Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
