Surgo Studios, an end-to-end video production agency renowned for its viral social media campaigns, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director who understands the world of social media video strategies and has experience with a wide range of corporate projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative direction for corporate and social media video projects.
- Develop and implement innovative video strategies.
- Oversee the aesthetic and storytelling elements of all video productions.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, production, and post-production.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure creative output aligns with our brand vision and client goals.
- Guide and inspire the creative team to produce high-quality work that meets our standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a creative direction role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing video strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading creative teams and managing corporate video projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in creative direction, particularly in corporate settings (please provide a link).
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week **remotely. **The office is **optional**:

- Experience with various stages of video production, from ideation to final edit.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:
