**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer disputes in SAP and current ERP.
- Reconcile customer debits with open disputes.
- Prepare payback documentation.
- Communicate with internal and external customers.
- Maintain current aging of open disputes.
- Assist in various initiatives as assigned by manager.

**Your background**:

- French a must, English - oral and written.
- High level of professionalism when communicating internally and externally.
- Ease of working across multiple platforms.
- Microsoft Office - intermediate (Excel).
- SAP experience would be considered an asset.
