- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with special requests or dietary restrictions

- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality pastries
- Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
