We invite you to join our Healthcare team as a full-time Clinical Specialist, Connected Care.

Liaison to develop and maintain the clinical and technical training relationship between both internal and external stakeholders. Engages the customer for the purpose of ensuring clinical and technical customer training events and manages customer expectations. Serves as a consultant for service teams regarding clinical and technical education. Supports revenue and recovery growth targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support for the end-to-end planning for customer technical and clinical training courses - 40%
- Facilitate registrations and deliverables in internal tools and facilitate customer travel - 20%
- Facilitate customer system and information access - 20%
- Scheduling of resources - 20%
- Customer Training:_
- Maintain a high level of communication and elite customer service with both internal and external customers.
- Build and partner with a network of internal and external partners to coordinate all communication, logistics, course enrollment, rooM/Facility management/booking, course material and translation of material if required. Planning and promotion of internal Philips Learning events marketing and Philips Academy training services.
- Facilitate clinical and technical customer education training needs and schedule the staff to meet department financial, operational and customer satisfaction targets. Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer issues. Create education registrations and associated internal tool entries in a timely manner.
- Ensure a best-in-class approach is maintained for Customer Training (managing budget, planning, logistics, reporting, etc.).
- Liaison for customer reimbursements for training and travel expenses and enforce Philips Travel Package policies, resolving escalations and ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Educate external customers about features and benefits of the Clinical Services and Biomedical Training Portfolio to improve related sales and revenue.
- Local / Bilingual Training Program Development in Canada:_
- Provide insights and solutions to leaders and customers on learning priorities and needs. Support the development and planning of local training needs for customers.
- Execute the business plans for training in Canada by developing strategies and recommendations, including business benefits and costs for training plans to achieve both short
- and long-term financial goals.
- Monitor increase/decrease in demand for education products and escalate as appropriate.
- Pro-actively identify value added services and revenue opportunities at customer sites.
- Work with Sales and Service Teams to analyze training needs, evaluate and improve of program.
- Contribute to RFP responses and negotiate effectively ensuring acceptance of customer training proposal while keeping both customer needs and Philips’ needs in mind.
- Report and reconcile financials for the Biomed Technical Training, Clinical Education Physician Training and Customer offsite education activities across all modalities identifying opportunities and trends. Investigate and resolve financial escalations and errors
- Customer System & Information Access:_
- Manage and protect Philips’ technical proprietary and confidential information ensuring profiles are created and maintained based on control mechanisms such as training completions and compliance with contractual obligations through the management of InCentre and IST (Integrated Security Tool) Client Application systems as well as PLC (Philips Learning Center)
