Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Picks orders, loads delivery vehicles - this is a working supervisory position
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory role preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a warehouse environment

**Salary**: $20.42-$30.91 per hour
